Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Chalo Pro account and all associated data using either method below.

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Chalo Pro app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings from the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Your account, CRM data, and all associated information will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@chalo.pro with:

  1. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  2. The email address associated with your Chalo Pro account
  3. We will confirm and process your deletion request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Your account credentials and profile information
  2. All customer, opportunity, activity, and pipeline data
  3. Cloud-synced data on our servers (for Pro subscribers)
  4. Any app settings and preferences

What Happens to Your Data

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data cannot be recovered once deleted. If you are a paid subscriber, your subscription will be cancelled and any remaining prepaid period will be subject to the refund policy of the app store through which you subscribed.
