Do I need a credit card for the trial?

What happens after the trial?

What is an active customer?

You can store more than 50 customers. On Free, up to 50 customers you work with in a calendar month count toward the limit. A customer counts when you schedule or complete a follow-up, or open an opportunity for them that month. Customers sitting unused in your list do not count.

Does ChaloCRM work offline?

Yes. Customers, follow-ups, and Today stay on your phone without internet. When you are signed in, core CRM also syncs. Plus adds sync health, restore tools, and export.

What is included in cloud backup?

Plus adds sync health, restore tools, and backup diagnostics. Core CRM already syncs on Free, Plus, and Team when you are signed in.

Can I export my data?

Yes on Plus. Export is a ZIP of CSV files of your CRM data.

How does Team pricing work?

Team is ₹499 per user per month, billed for at least 2 users. The owner counts as a seat. Team includes everything in Plus, plus a shared workspace, invites, roles, web administration, and workspace switching.

Can I cancel Plus?

Yes. Open Settings → Manage Subscription to view or cancel a Plus subscription through the store that billed you.
